What is the minimum/maximum number of people I can book a party for?

The minimum number of people that can be booked is 10 and the maximum is 16.

What is the minimum age?

The minimum age is 8 years old.

Why does it cost £20 per person for your parties?

The total playing time is 2 hours with 10 minutes allowed either side for setup and departure. So, the centre is effectively not available for approximately 2 and a half hours and we have staff to help the party children.

What is the length of the birthday parties?

The actual playing time is 2 hours, with 10 minutes allowed at the start and end of the party for arrival and departure. Therefore the total time the center is occupied is approximately 2 and a half hours.

What games can we play?

The computers on our network have a wide range of games available, but the most appropriate for a party are Halo or Star Wars Jedi Academy. For the more experienced gamers we have Call Of Duty 4, Counter Strike Source, Desert Combat, Battlefield 2 and a very good selection of strategy games.

Is Radical Play open on Bank Holidays and School Holidays?

Radical is open during school holidays but is always closed on Bank Holidays.

What is the cost per person?

It is £20 per child.

Do I have to be a member of Topsy Turvy World?

No, you do not have to be a member of Topsy Turvy World or register on entry to book a party with Radical Play.

What Can I Do For Food?

Bring party food or order food from Topsy Turvy World when at the party or prior to the day.  If doing your own food, then we just ask you to bring paper plates and drinks (NO plastic cups, Bottles or Cans, just cartons with straw or fruitshoot type drinks).

What Type Of Food Is Allowed?

We only have a restriction on the type of drink you can bring to the party (no cups, bottles or cans), but only cartons or fruit shoot.  Also no popcorn or chocolate!

How can I pay?

You can pay by cash or cheque on the day.  We don’t accept any cards.
